Extending Desk

This stunning and extremely unique desk was commissioned to serve not only as a very focal piece of bespoke furniture, but also to function as a modern useable desk. Cleverly designed, the side 'boxes' slide open to allow the Italian leather upholstered tops to unfold to form a generous writing or lap top area. The frame is polished stainless steel and the desk body is cocobolo veneer, superbly finished with a high gloss lacquer to bring out the rich lustre of the wood.
