Stage 1 – The BRIEF: The most important part of the whole process. We make a visit to you at a time convenient to you and usually in the place your proposed project is.
Stage 2 – DESIGN: Your dreams and ideas are transposed onto paper and we present to you concept drawings and sketches along with samples of materials and a mood board (if required). All designs must be approved by you prior to moving to the next stage. Design time is typically 2-4 weeks depending on the scale of the project.
Stage 3 – MAKE: High quality materials are very carefully selected from our established suppliers. Your design is then created by a team of skilled craftsmen, with much attention paid to detail. Pending the size and complexity of a project, we usually allow up to 4-6 weeks for this phase of the project. You will be updated on progress once a week.
Stage 4 – DELIVER: Our skilled team of craftspeople carefully install your unique piece(s) of furniture. We are sensitive that we are usually entering your home and make every effort to minimise disruption in your daily routine - we even bring our own vacuum cleaner!
